You agree to use Connection Fiber service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

Prohibited activities

You may not use the service to:

• Send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited messages
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Engage in hacking, intrusion attempts, or unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate others
• Engage in illegal activity, including infringing on intellectual property rights
• Interfere with the integrity or operation of the Connection Fiber network or any third-party network
• Resell, redistribute, or share the service outside the service address without permission
• Use the service in a manner that creates unreasonable or excessive load that degrades performance for other customers

Enforcement

Connection Fiber may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate service for activity that violates this policy. Repeated or severe violations may result in immediate termination.
