Installation Policy

Standard installation

Standard residential installation is included at $0 for qualifying addresses. Standard installation typically includes the fiber drop from the street, a wall-mounted optical network unit, and a router placed for whole-home WiFi.

Customer permission

By scheduling installation, you confirm you have authority to permit installation work at the service address. Renters should obtain landlord permission before scheduling.

Access to premises

You agree to provide access for our local technicians on the scheduled day, including any gate codes, building access, or escort required.

Equipment placement

Equipment is mounted in mutually agreed locations chosen for clean appearance and good WiFi coverage. Cabling is routed cleanly along baseboards or through walls where reasonable.

Special construction

If your address requires non-standard construction (for example, extended trenching, conduit installation, or unusual access work), additional fees may apply. Any special-construction fees are disclosed and approved by you in writing or recorded order before work begins.

Missed appointments

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Repeated missed appointments may delay your installation.

Safety

Our technicians follow safe-work practices. Please keep pets and children clear of work areas during the installation.
