Refund & Cancellation Policy

Month-to-month service

Connection Fiber residential service is month-to-month. There is no early termination fee.

Cancellation request

To cancel, contact our local team by phone, text, or email. Cancellation requests are processed promptly during business hours.

Billing cutoff

Service runs through the end of your current billing cycle. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current cycle unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

Refunds are issued for:

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Documented service-related issues per applicable terms

Completed standard installations and any special construction work are non-refundable once performed.
