These Terms govern your use of Connection Fiber residential internet service.
Residential service
Connection Fiber provides fixed residential fiber internet service. Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use at the service address you provide.
Availability by address
Service is offered subject to confirmation of serviceability at your address. Availability and speeds may vary by location.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for the security of your account, accurate contact and billing information, and the activities of those using the service at your address.
Acceptable use
Use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Taxes and government fees may apply and are disclosed during enrollment and on your bill. Service is month-to-month with no early termination fee.
Installation
Standard residential installation is included. Special construction, if required, will be disclosed during enrollment. See Installation Policy.
Equipment
Standard service equipment is included. You are responsible for the safe use, care, and return of any equipment provided.
Service limitations
Speeds advertised are "up to" the listed maximums. Actual speeds vary based on WiFi, devices, network route, and external destinations. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, weather, or events outside our control.
Support
Local support is available by phone, text, email, and through the support ticket form on this site.
Cancellation
You may cancel service at any time. See Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Changes to service
We may modify pricing, plan structure, equipment, and these Terms with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connection Fiber's liability is limited to the amounts paid by you for the affected service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
